The challenge
Grand Felicia Hotel’s five flagship properties each had a distinct voice, but no unified narrative — and their social presence didn’t reflect the calibre of the on-site experience.
Our approach
We built a single editorial visual language, produced a quarterly content library of photo and video, and rolled out a platform-specific publishing roadmap with always-on community management.
The results
Within two quarters, engagement more than quadrupled and direct bookings attributable to social rose sharply across the portfolio.
